At the Conference to announce and award Decisions on personnel work, the Company announced the decisions of the Board of Directors on "appointment of leadership and management positions for term VI", including:

According to the Project on organizational restructuring and management model transformation for the period 2026–2030, the Company's new organizational structure includes 07 departments, divisions and units:
1. Company Office
Consolidated on the basis of merging the Organization - Administration Department and the Internal Control Board.
2. Finance - Accounting Department**
3. Security Department
Receive the transfer of the Electrical Team from the Engineering and Construction Management Department to unify management work.
4. Project and Infrastructure Management Department
Changed name from Engineering and Construction Management Department after transferring the Electricity Group to the Security Department
5. Dong Xuan Market Management Board
Consolidated on the basis of merging the Sales Department and the Market Management Department.
6. Night Market and Street Management Board
7. Hanoi Old Quarter tram service and tourism center.
Along with consolidating the organizational structure, the Company's General Director issued "21 Decisions on personnel work" for the positions of Head and Deputy Head of departments, divisions and units.

Consolidating the organizational structure and management staff is an important step for the Company to deploy a new organizational model, enhancing coordination between departments, divisions and units; At the same time, improve the responsibility of the leader, ensuring clarity of people, clear tasks, clear responsibilities, clear authority, linked to the results of task implementation.
