In order to promote the democratic rights of workers, strengthen dialogue, and build a harmonious, stable and developed working environment, on the morning of June 11, 2026, Dong Xuan Joint Stock Company organized the 2026 Labor Representative Conference with the participation of the Company's leaders and representatives of workers throughout the unit.
Attending the Conference were Mr. Nguyen Song Tung - Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors; Mr. Hoang Cong Anh - General Director of the Company; Mr. Vu Ha Thanh - Deputy General Director, Chairman of the Company's Trade Union and 86 delegates representing the Company's employees.
At the Conference, the Trade Union Executive Committee reported on the results of implementing tasks over the past time. One of the outstanding contents is that the Trade Union has coordinated with the Board of General Directors to organize 06 periodic working sessions to review and supplement regulations related to employees; Provide opinions on the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, labor contracts, recruitment policies, salary regulations and other contents related to the legal and legitimate rights and interests of employees. Notably, the Trade Union has proposed to expand the subjects considered for rewards in the direction that employees who complete tasks or more are considered for rewards, creating more motivation and recognizing the contributions of employees throughout the Company.
In the last 6 months of 2026, the Company's Trade Union determines to continue advising the Company's leaders on amending, supplementing and completing internal regulations such as: Salary regulations; Democratic regulations at the grassroots; Regulations on emulation and rewards; Internal spending regulations; At the same time, strengthen monitoring and supervision of the implementation of the Collective Labor Agreement, Resolution of the Conference of Labor Representatives and regimes and policies for employees.
At the Conference, Mr. Hoang Cong Anh - General Director of the Company directly discussed and answered 07 suggestions and recommendations of workers from 04 departmental union groups. In particular, the content of mid-shift meal support was agreed to be resolved right at the Conference with a minimum support of 30,000 VND/person.
Also at the Conference, the Collective Labor Agreement was signed with many amendments and supplements in the direction of improving benefits for workers. Some notable points include:

Male employees whose wives have given birth are entitled to maternity leave according to the provisions of the Social Insurance Law with the corresponding leave period depending on each case. At the conference, the People's Inspection Committee was elected, including 03 comrades working in departments and divisions in the Company.
On this occasion, Dong Xuan Joint Stock Company's Trade Union was honored to receive the Certificate of Merit from the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor - recognizing positive results in union activities and taking care of workers' lives.
