According to the Resolution, the Company focuses on implementing four strategic pillars:

Optimize the efficiency of exploitation and development of existing revenue sources at Dong Xuan market;

Develop tram service for tourism in the old town in a professional and modern direction;

Expanding new business areas, including electric vehicle dealership activities and investment and exploitation of electric charging station infrastructure;

Promote digital transformation, improve corporate governance efficiency, strengthen risk control and enhance competitiveness.

The Congress also approved the financial plan for term VI with a revenue target of over 809 billion VND, profit after tax of over 70.6 billion VND; At the same time, it approved the 2026 production and business plan and many other important contents on corporate governance.

The Congress elected the Board of Directors and the Company's Supervisory Board for the sixth term (2026 - 2030), including Mr. and Mrs.:
