On July 9, 2026, Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Gia Tuc signed Decision No. 1248/QD-TTg promulgating a set of criteria for evaluating results of industrialization and modernization applied at the national, sectoral and local levels. The set of criteria is the basis for monitoring and evaluating the level of implementation and effectiveness of the industrialization and modernization process nationwide, including the following groups of criteria:
